Privacy policy

This policy explains how CaterWoo handles information in its iPhone restaurant catering management app and related services.
Information we collect
CaterWoo may collect your name, email address, authentication identifiers, restaurant name, phone number, and address. Catering orders may include customer and receiver contact details, event dates and times, pickup or delivery addresses, menu items, prices, payment method or status, and notes entered by the restaurant.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate restaurant owners, save and synchronize restaurant workspaces, manage catering orders, provide support, maintain security, and improve CaterWoo.
Service providers
CaterWoo uses Google Firebase for authentication and cloud data storage, Google Sign-In, and Sign in with Apple. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. CaterWoo does not sell personal information and does not use customer order information for third-party advertising.
Payments
The current CaterWoo app records payment methods and order status for restaurant operations. It does not process or store payment card numbers.
Retention and deletion
We retain account, restaurant, and order information while the account is active or as needed to provide the service. Restaurant owners can permanently delete their CaterWoo account and associated restaurant data from Settings in the app.
Security and children
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. CaterWoo is intended for restaurant owners and business users in the United States and is not directed to children under 13.
